We have two mail fulfilment sites in Bedford, a 43000 sq ft mailing house and a 63000 sq ft pick and pack centre. Both operations are geared up to provide fulfilment services that ensure clients benefit from low postage prices.

Our 63,000 sq ft order fulfilment centre stores products for dozens of clients and picks and packs thousands of orders a day. This ranges from the fulfilment of clothes, toys, medical equipment, and homeware for mail order companies and ecommerce businesses, to literature and DVD fulfilment for charities and publishers. We are able to distribute these orders across the UK and worldwide using a number of postal and courier partners.

Letters, invoices, statements etc can be printed at high speeds and in excellent quality using BTB Mailflight's Xerox Nuvera™ 100 Digital Production Systems. The Xerox Nuvera is a market leading monochrome digital printing system and is ideal for lettershop fulfilment as it offers a mix of high quality print with fast printing times. Once items are printed they can be folded and enclosed by machine or by hand and mailed worldwide.
